Vinaigrette: Honey, 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1/4 cup Salt, 1/4 tbsp Pepper, black, 1/2 tbspSalad Fennel, 1 cup, sliced Apple, Gala 1/2 (medium) fennel leaves for garnishing (1tsp)
Prep the fennel bulb by removing the long stalks and leaves. Save about 1tbsp of the leaves for garnish later.
Cut the apple and fennel into long thin strips.
Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients.
Pour the vinaigrette over the sliced apple and fennel
Sprinkle the fennel leaves over the salad for garnish.
