1 can tuna in water2 cups white rice, cooked4 tbsp carrot/yam puree1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash lemon & pepper seasoning
Cook rice according to package directions. Drain water out of tuna. Make sure that your puree is thawed if it was pre-made. When rice is finished, mix in tuna, vegetable puree, and Mrs. Dash. Heat for 30 seconds or so to ensure everything is warmed through.
