(1) 20 oz. Can Libby's Skinny Fruit Crushed Pineapple(1) 6 oz. box of Sugar Free Jello (your choice)(1) 8 oz. Pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Not 0 or low-yuk)Bring 1 cup water to a boil - then add jello and stil until dissolved. Add the cream cheese immediately after and mix until all is completely dissolved. Add the pineapple with juice and add about one more cup water. Chill until set. So yummy and really cuts my sweet tooth cravings because the pineapple is tart and just the right balance. I normally put this in a jello ring and divide into 6 servings. You can go smaller servings like 8, but I like a good "desert" amount.
