1 Large Egg1 1/3 Cups 2% milk1/4 cup vegetable oil2 cups corn meal
Heat oven to 450. Pour oil in cast iron skillet and place in oven. While skillet is warming up, mix together rest of ingredients. When oven is at 450, remove skillet and carefully pour mixture in skillet. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
