Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Sauerkraut, apples, and mashed potatoes

Ingredients
# *Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 29.28 oz # Sauerkraut, 3.5 cup # Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l# Mashed Potatoes, 6 cup# Water, 4 cups
Directions
Place sirloin pork roast in 5 qt slow cooker with sauerkraut. Take two medium sized apples, peeled and sliced, and place in food processor to puree. Add apple puree to slow cooker. Add approximately 4 cups of water to cover roast. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours or on low 10 to 12 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
