Ingredients
Chopped Round Steak 2 lbs.Quinoa, 1.5 cups dryOnions, raw, 1 medium choppedGarlic, 2 tsp Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium chopped Diced Tomatoes canned with juice, 1.75 cup Water, tap, 3 cup Salsa, .5 cup
Directions
Chopped veggies and steak in bite size pieces

add to crockpot quinoa water tomatoes chili salsa and veggies mix well and add steak to top and cook on low 4 hours or until quinoa is done.
