Oatmeal with Flax, Walnuts & Raisins

Ingredients
Old Fashioned Plain Oatmeal 1/2 cup1 T Flax Meal3-4 Walnut halves1 oz RaisinsCinnamon to taste
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
Assemble in bowl or cup.
Add about 1/2 to 2/3 cup water.
Microwave 2 minutes or soak in hot water for 5 minutes.
I assemble this in small ziplocs and take it to work for breakfast on the job.
