Ingredients
1 serving protein powder ( plain or vanilla)2 cups almond, soy, rice or regular milk0.5 cup quick oats0.5 tbs molassas0.5 cup pumpkin1 tbs chia seeds5 ice cubes1.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 packet or more stevia to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mix 1 cup milk with the oats and chia seeds. Let sit for atleast 2 hours, until oats are softened. Add to blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend
