Ingredients
*wheat (berries - not ground or cooked), 1 cup *Arrowhead Mills Oat Groats 1 cup Buckwheat, .5 cup Organic quinoa, 0.5 cup (rinsed)*barley-pearl barley, 1 CWater, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Spray a large crock pot with pan spray. Turn on high. combine all ingredients inside. Stir. Pick out anything that floats to the surface. cover and cook overnight - at least 8 hours. Serve with nuts and fruit.
