2 eggs beaten1 can 15 oz pumpkin mix in with eggs1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup brown sugar mix in with above 21/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmet1/4 tsp cloves1/4 tsp allspice12 oz can evaporated milk. Mix spices in then put in milk and mix well.I cook the custard in microwave 7-8 mins stirring every2 mins so it is thick then pour into pie shell.Bake at 350 F for about 30 - 45 mins until table knife comes out clean.
Make double pie crust according to recipe and bake until
light brown before putting in pumpkin custard.
