Pork Chops and Apple Slices

Ingredients
2 Pork Loin Chops (about 1 in. thick) well trimmed2 medium apples peeled cored and sliced1 tsp butter1/4 tsp nutmegsalt/pepper
Directions
In skillet, brown pork chops quickly, drain well. Arrange a layer of slices apples in Crock-pot, than a layer of pock chops repeat. Dot with butter, sprinkle with nutmeg. Add salt/pepper. Cover and cook on Low for 7-9 hours
