Patak's Easy Bombay Potato

Ingredients
1 tbsp Patak's Easy Bombay Potato Curry Paste for 40.25 onion87.5 grams diced potato.5 cup water50 grams canned tomatoes
Directions
1. Chop and saute onion until soft
2. Stir in curry paste and cook for 3 minutes
3. Add potato and water, cover and cook 30 minutes
4. Add potatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are cooked. Add a little water if necessary.
