Ingredients
3 Celery,large stalks, sliced3 Carrots, large, halfed and sliced1 Onion, large, coursely chopped1 Leek, white and light green parts, cut into rings8 cps Home made Chicken broth3 oz. Chicken1 Tbsp Parsley, dried2 Tbsp Minced Onion, dried3 cloves Garlic1 tsp Celery seed2 tsp Curry powder, or to tasteBring above to a boil, then add...8 oz Wild Rice, raw
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil, then add wild rice. Simmer an hour.
