GastriKate's Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
12 bag oz. bag fresh cranberries1/4 c. water1/4 c. orange marmalade1 fresh lime1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped1/4 c. onion, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Directions
Rinse cranberries and remove any stems or soft berries. Place in heavy saucepan. Grate lime peel and remove pith and membranes. Chop the flesh and add to saucepan with all other ingredients. Simmer on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool overnight. Serve chilled.
