Ingredients
can ONE Pie Pumpkinwhole wheat unbleached flourground cinnamonground pumpkin spiceground nutmegground gingerearth balance organice whipped buttery spreadevaporated canned milkEgg Substitute, stop and shop brandhomemade low fat pie crust
Directions
Blend buttery spread with splenda brown sugar, flour. Add canned pumpkin, blend mixing in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin spice and salt. Add evaporated milk, blend. Add egg substitutes.
Pour in pie crust shell. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 F for another 50 minutes.
