Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped2 tablespoons vegetable oil1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese2 eggs1/2 cup milk1 tablespoon flourdash garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a frying pan over low heat. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add the milk, flour, cheeses, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add egg mixture and stir to combine. Pour into a greased nine-inch pie plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
