Savory Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced2 lb Sourthern Style Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery soup1 cup Eagle easy-melt cheese, diced1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1 Tbsp. hot peper sauce3 Tbsp. butter3 cups corn flakes, crushed6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbledCooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 8 x 12 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a nonstic skillet over medium-low heat, cook the onion until soft, about a 6 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion, potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, peper, and hot sauce. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saute pan, heat butter and add corn flake crumbs, cook until golden brown. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole and bake for 30 additional minutes, until golden-brown on top.
