Ingredients:Rutabagas, 2 cup, cubesParsnips, 1 cup slices *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Chopped Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Parsley, 10 sprigsCilantro, dried, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 15 cloves Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Turkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or diced *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper dicedPepper, black, 1 tbsp *Organic fat free chicken stock, 8 cup*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 3 tsp Basil, 1 tbsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup Water, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
throw all in pot and cook until veggies are done season to taste with extra salt and pepper
