2 eggs1/4 cup pure maple syrup3/4 cup sucanat1/2 cup half and half1/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 teaspoon vanilla extractPinch of salt1 1/2 cup pecan pieces1 unbaked whole wheat pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until frothy. Stir in butter, maple syrup, sucanat, cream flour, vanilla and salt. Place pecans in pie shell, then pour maple mixture into shell. Bake pie on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 55 minutes or until the center of the pie is dome shaped.
