Ingredients
*Homemade Turkey Stock, 16 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Carrots, raw, 5 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .5 serving (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Turkey (dark meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)*Turkey, fryer-roasters, light meat, meat only, roasted, 2 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Parsnips, 0.5 cup slices (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Turkey Gravy, .25 cup
Directions
Put all ingredients in large pot, bring to boil, reduce to simmer, and cook for at least 1 hour
