Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Ingredients
6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced2 sm. onions, dicedsalt, pepper, garlic powder to taste2 cups diced ham (left over from Thanksgiving)2 cups shredded cheddar4 oz. 2% velveeta4 cups of 2% milk (thickened with corn starch on stove top)3 T. butter1/4 c. cornstarch
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray a large glass cake pan. Place layers of potatoes, onion, cheese and ham with seasonings in baking dish. Ending with a layer of cheese on top. Thicken milk on stove-top with corn starch. Once thickened pour over top of potatoes and top with 3 pats of butter. Cover and bake.
