Ingredients
2 slices healthy life flax bread1 large egg1/4 c. nonfat milk1/4 t. cinnamon
Directions
Scramble together egg, milk, and cinnamon. Dip both sides of each slice of bread into egg mixture. Brown on both sides until golden to medium brown and crispy.
