Coconut Flour Buttermilk Pancakes

Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 3 tbsp 365 organic extra large brown egg, 3 serving Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp Buttermilk, .5 cup Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Additional butter or oil to grease the pan
Melt the butter and whisk together with the eggs, buttermilk, maple syrup and salt.
Add the baking powder and coconut flour and whisk until thoroughly mixed together.
Heat an oiled pan to a medium heat
Spoon the mix into the pan in 3 tbsp dollops
Enjoy!
