Vanilla ExtractEgg whiteBrown SugarMargarine, softFlour, whiteBaking SodaSalt (optional)Chocolate chips
Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
In a second bowl melt the butter. Then whisk the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg white till fluffy.
In two parts, add the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips and any optional nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto baking tray that has been lightly sprayed or onto parchment.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350F.
Serving Size: Makes 16 nice-sized cookies
