Taco Bake (Dairy Free version)

1 lb ground lean turkey1/2 cup chopped onion2 tsp. taco seasoning1 can (16oz) tomato sauce1 can (16 oz) corn (drained)2 cups bisquick1 cup original rice milk2 eggs
Heat oven to 325.
Grease rectangular pan 9x13
Cook ground turkey and onion in a skillet, stirring frequently until turkey is cooked, drain. Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Spoon into pan. Stir bisquick mix, rice milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over turkey mixture.
Bake about 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: serves 8 1-cup (ish) servings
