Chicken Marsala with mushrooms & capers

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but in half lengthwise1/2 cup floursalt & pepper to taste6 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped1 cup marsala wine1 cup chicken broth2 Tbsp. capers, drained1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1. Lightly dust chicken with flour, salt & pepper.
2. Add 3 Tbsp. butter to skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp chopped sage and saute 1 minute.
3. Add 4 chicken breast pieces and brown about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to platter and repeat with remaining 4 pieces.
4. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add mushrooms & saute about 1 minute. Add marsala and chicken broth to skillet while scraping up brown bits.
5. Bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to 1 cup (about 8 minutes). Add capers and heath. Pour over chicken.
6. Serve over your favorite pasta.
