eggs, vegetables, and cheese of choice
Directions
chop vegetables, spray pyrex with Pam, or rub with olive oil, whip eggs together, add vegetables, place in center of oven and cook on 375 until done (about 25-45 minutes) when done should be able to place a toothpick in center and pull up clean.
