Gluten Free Turkey and Broccoli Casserole

1 pound lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onion2 TBL chopped galric1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese1 bag frozen broccoli 2 Large eggs3/4 cup half and half1/4 milk (1%)1/2 cup reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix1 TBL Asiago Cheese (or Parmesan)
In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey and onion until meat is no longer pink; Add broccoli cook until just tender (not smooshy) then drain.
Transfer to a 9-in. casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese.
In a bowl, combine eggs, Half and Half, Asiago cheese, milk and baking mix; mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 8 squares
