Rosemary Foccacia

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup warm water1 Packet Rapid rise yeast3 cups flour1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt3 tbsp chopped rosemary2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1)Dissolve yeast in bowl with water. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved
2) Add rosemary and flour. Knead until combined(about 3 minutes)
3)SPread dough on greased cookie sheet until it is about 1/2 in. thick.
4)Let rise for 30 minutes.
5)Brush with olive oil, sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
6)Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.
