Chicken fajita Nachos

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil Extra Virgin1/4 cup water1lb chicken breast strips1 Large green Bell Pepper1 Large Yellow Onion1 can Healthy choice cream of mushroom soup.5 cup mozzerella shredded cheese2tbs. Daisy light sour creamChili pepper flakesTortilla chips (9 per serving)Pico de Gayo, Jalapenos, hot sauce optional
Directions
cook chicken until done in olive oil and chili pepper flakes.
Add green pepper cut into strips
Add onion sliced
add water
Continue cooking until water is gone and veggies are tender.
Remove from pan
Add soup and cheese to hot pan, stir until melted
Stir in sour cream

Plating
Arrange 9 warm tortilla chips on plate.
add 1/4 of chicken and veggies to the chips
drizzle 1/4 cup of cream sauce over chicken and chips.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings on 9 chips each
