Turkey Sausage, Spinach, and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 Sweet Potato1 package of Foster Farms Mild Italian Turkey Sausage5 cups spinach1 onion, chopped1 carton organic chicken broth1 tsps organic Better than Bouillion1 cup Chardonnay wine4 cups water
Directions
Saute sausage. After browned, saute onions in thedrippings. Peel sweet potato and cut int 1 inch chunks. Add water, wine, chicken broth, and bouillion. Simmer until potatoes are al dente. Add spinach just before serving.
