Ingredients
Zucchini 6 smallTrader Joe's Frozen Petite Peas, 454 gramTrader Joe's Brown Basmati Rice 1 Cup dry prepare to package instructionGarlic, 20 cloves pressedChicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces cubedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) french cutYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 270 grams/1 can washedOlive Oil, 1 tbspLeeks or Green Onions sliced
Directions
Saute onions in oil/butter (salt and pepper to taste), add diced chicken cook until chicken is done, add garlic cook until softened, add corn; add peas, zucchinni, and cooked rice, mix up and let simmer until all is warmed. Serves 12 8oz.
