Ingredients
4 c. milk (whole or 2%)1 c. half and half3/4 c. flour1 c. butter1/2 c. sugar
Directions
Heat Milk and half and half, being careful not to scorch. In a large heavy pan melt margarine and whisk in flour until smooth. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in milk stirring to keep smooth until bubbles and thickens. Stir in sugar. You may sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon when served.
