Panna Cotta

Ingredients
1 gelatin package2 tablespoons water3 cups heaving whipping cream1/3 cup splenda 1 1/5 tsp vanilla
Directions
dissolve gelatin in water
bring cream to boil
remove cream from heat, add gelatin and stir to melt
add splenda and vanilla
put in ramekins and chill to room temp
put in fridge to set appx 4 hours
