Maple and Brown sugar, Raisin, Peacan Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup skim milk1 tsp vanilladash of salt3/4 cup old fashion rolled oats1 1/2 tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp high quality maple syrup1/4 heaping tsp cinnamondash of gingerhalf of 1/8 tsp nutmeg1/4 cup raisins unpacked1/8 cup pecans chopped
Directions
In a small sauce pan, bring milk, salt, and vanilla to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the ingredients, continue stirring, return to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Stir until it thickens and becomes creamy, about 5 or 6 minutes.

Serve hot
