Lisa's Simple French Onion Soup

Ingredients
1 large onion (any variety)1 beef bouillion cube1 cup water1/2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butterpepper to taste
Directions
Thinly slice onion then saute in a large pot with 1/2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter. After onions have cooked down add 1 cup of water, allow to reach a boil and add beef boullion cube. Allow to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Add pepper for taste.
