High Protein Low Sugar Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Walnut, and Pecan cookies!

2 cups of self-rising flour1/3 cup of Splenda Brown Sugar blend1/3 cup of Splenda Sugar Blend2 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract1 scoop chocolate protein powder1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 8 oz package of Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips.5 cup chopped pecans.5 cup chopped walnuts
pre heat oven to 375
sift together flour and protein powder
beat softened butter, sugar blends, and vanilla extract until creamy. add eggs and beat well.
gradually add flour mixture, beating well
stir in chocolate chips and nuts
drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
remove from cookie sheek to wire rack, cool compleltly.
makes 4.5 dozen small cookies
