Ingredients
3 c. rolled oats1 c. whole almonds - chop in a food processor1 cup craisins1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup honey1/2 cup vegetable oil (olive oil has too strong of a taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 250F.

Mix oats, almonds and brown sugar in a large bowl. In a measuring cup, stir together honey and oil. Mix honey mixture into oat mixture. Spread on two rimmed baking pans or cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring every 20 to 30 minutes to prevent burning and sticking. Cool 10 minutes, stir in craisins.
