Ingredients
*Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)*Organic Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Stock, 8 cup (remove)*Land O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half, 16 tbsp (remove)Kale, 4 cup, chopped (remove)*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown sausage in a large soup pot, remove and set aside. Bring chicken stock, potatoes, garlic and onions to a boil until potatoes are soft. Add sausage, half and half and red pepper if you want. Add chopped kale right before you serve. Sprinkle shaved parmasen on top if wanted.
