Cranberry-Apple Sauce with Raisins

Ingredients
Water, 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup Cranberries, fresh (or frozen), 1.5 cups Apple, fresh, 1/2 large, peeled, cored and cut into pieces Raisins, 1.5oz, 1 small box Lemon juice, fresh, 2 tbsp Lemon Zest, grated, 1/4 tsp Ginger Root, fresh, grated, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 stick Cloves, whole, 1-2 pieces
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a small pot or a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, stir gently, cover the pot with a lid and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.
