Swedish Chocolate Balls (with pearl sugar)

Ingredients
Quick Oats - 3.4 cups (8dl)Sugar - 1.25 cups (3dl)Butter - 2 sticks (200 grams)Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp (or to taste)Strong Coffee (chilled) - 6 tbsp (or to taste)Cocoa (unsweetened, powder) - 6 tbspPearl sugar - Enough to cover rolled balls (30 tsp?)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, then add chilled coffee and vanilla, and mix again.
Chop the butter sticks into manageable pieces, then work the butter into the remainder of the ingredients either by hand or some other means. Work dough until no more butter clumps appear. Roll into small balls, then roll balls in pearl sugar (or alternatively coconut flakes). Place covered in refrigerator before serving for optimal firmness.
