Trader Joe's Deep, Dark Gingerbread Mix2 Large Eggs1/3 cup vegetable oil3/4 cup water1 T crystallized ginger pieces
Preheat oven to 350. Spray pans with baking spray, not oil.
Wisk eggs, oil, and water. Slowly fold in dry mix and crystallized ginger.
Pour into bottom pan. Put top pan on. Secure with clips.
Bake 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes 24 cake balls, using cake ball pan
