Beefy Macaroni and Cheese in Crockpot

Ingredients
Even though it says Beefy I use ground turkey, a pound and a half1 can of low fat campbells cheddar cheese soup, one 14.5 oz can, and I know it's not on there but I could not find it on the list, so when I have a can I will manually add it. 2 tablespoons of kroger tomato paste8 ounces of elbow macaroni1 medium onion chopped1/4 c. water1 can stewed tomatoes, kroger italian blend 14.5 oz1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey and onions
combine all ingredients except shredded cheese and macaroni, in the crockpot cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Add cheese and hot cooked macaroni and continue cooking for about 15 -30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
