Crockpot Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1 pound cubed beef stew meat1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup beef bouillon granules1/4 teaspoon dried parsleySalt and pepper to taste1 cup chopped carrots5 3/4 cups water2 1/2 cups Barilla plus egg noodles2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup red wine (optional)
Directions
Turn crockpot on high, add oil, meat, and onion. Cover and cook about an hour stirring occasional. Add remaining ingredients except noodles, reduce heat to low, and let cook 6-8 hours. Before serving add in noodles and allow them to cook till al dente.
