Black Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Leftover Turkey cut up into soup pieces about 2 cupsLow Sodium Chicken Broth 4 cupsyellow onion 1 (small or medium)garlic diced (1 teaspoon)green chilis (1 4 oz can)Frozen Collard Greens (2 handfuls about 2 cups)diced tomatoes (2- 15 oz cans)black beans (2 cups)Olive Oil 1 tspcorn 1/4 cupadded to taste:chili powderground cumincilantrosaltpepper
Directions
Cut up all necessary ingredients. Heat olive oil and saute onions. After a minute or two add corn and garlic. Let them cook for a few seconds. Add remaining ingredients and heat to simmer. Allow to cook until the soup is hot and adjust spices to personal taste. Serve with shredded cheese.
