Tricia's Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 cups of water1 cup sugar1.5 TBSP cinnamoncouple shakes of nutmeg1 tspn salt1 cup unpacked raisins4 cups quick oats
Directions
in pot, heat up water. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, stir until mixed. Add raisins and let them soak for about five minutes. Then add quick oats, stir until fully incorporated. Serve.
