Slow Cooker Beef Tips

Ingredients
1 pound of stew meat, cubed1 garlic clove minced1/2 onion, finely diced1 can beef brothsalt and pepper to taste1 jar beef gravy
Directions
Place the meat, garlic and onion in the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth in the slow cooker, then add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 to 6 hours on Low. Drain the broth, add the beef gravy, and cook on High for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles. (not included in nutritional info)
