Falafel Pitas

Ingredients
1 Falafel patty, cut in halfPita bread cut in half2 slices of tomato1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumberYellow bell peppers, cut in thin strips -about ten strips1/4 cup onion slices2 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing.
Directions
Falafel mix can be used. You just add water and let sit for 15 minutes. Cut veggies while you wait. Form into patties and brown lightly, about 5 minutes. Put all ingredients into pita halves.
