Scalloped Potatos

Ingredients
1 cup 1% mik2 tsp. cornstarch1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 large potatos1/4 cup onion, chopped2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper in pan and boil till thick. Combine sliced potatos and onion into a cassarole dish, pour sauce over top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake, covered for 40 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
