Baked Potato & Leek Soup with Ham

Ingredients
potato, vegetables, seasonings, milk
Directions
bake potatoes, scoop out, discard skins
simmer leek, celery, mushrooms, garlic, pepper, parsley until tender.
Add potatoes and milk (slowly while stirring), heat through, then add ham. Simmer until very warm. Serve.
